It all started with a craving — the kind that only real Belgian potatoes can satiate. While living in Barcelona, we fell in love with the sun, culture, and food scene of the city... But something was missing. We couldn't find the golden, crispy, twice-fried Belgian fries we grew up with — the ones that are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and served with a dozen amazing sauces.

So we decided to bring a small piece of Belgium to Barcelona. Armed with a traditional Belgian frying technique, locally sourced potatoes, and a passion for good street food, we opened our own Belgian fries shop. Our goal was not just to sell fries, but to share the authentic fries experience we've known since childhood: freshly fried, perfectly salted, and bursting with flavor.
